Upon site survey we found small sections of linear movement to screed resulting in hair line cracks from side to side with blown tiles in-between. Also the tiles were very dirty.
We carefully chopped out damaged sections of tile, locally repaired the screed and replaced tiles with a super flexible cement based adhesive and grout.
Tiles re-laid with flexible cement based adhesive to original geometric pattern, grouted, diamond buffed and sealed.
