Upon survey we found an issue with damp. We uplifted the existing floor and damp proofed the floor using Ardex.
We then laid a decoupling membrane and carrier mat throughout with underfloor heating in the porch. Then laid the tiles. Absolutely lovely finish.
Tiles re-laid with a flexible cement based adhesive to original geometric pattern, grouted, diamond buffed and sealed.
