Crouch End, London N8

Upon site survey we found a channel had been chopped through the width of the hallway to place a pipe.

Section of cement channel was carefully chopped out with adjoining screed repaired and a new section of screed laid.

Replacement Victorian floor tiles were sourced from our lock up and the Encaustic piece was sourced from a salvage yard.

Tiles re-laid with flexible cement based adhesive to original geometric pattern, grouted, diamond buffed and sealed.
